ETH Rally Continues

Ethereum has gained over 20% in value since last week, breaking through a four-year resistance and skepticism, pushing the asset to the $4,000 level. While some investors believe Ethereum could stabilize around $4,000, others are optimistic about levels as high as $15,000.

One of the possible triggers for this new surge is the record-breaking $1 billion inflow into Ethereum spot ETFs last week — the fastest on record to date.

In addition to these developments, fresh inflows into Ethereum ETFs this week, JPMorgan Chase’s exploration of crypto-backed loans, and the NFT market’s capitalization reaching $6 billion have all helped renew confidence in both the crypto market and Ethereum.

$534 Million Inflow into Spot Ethereum ETFs

On Tuesday, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded a net inflow of $534 million. BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) led the pack with approximately $426 million, followed by Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust with around $73 million.

In contrast, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $68 million in outflows, continuing the recent capital shift toward Ethereum-based products. The rising interest in Ethereum may signal that investors are reentering the market after a prolonged downturn.

White House to Release Crypto Study Next Week

The White House Digital Asset Working Group has completed a 180-day study on the crypto industry. The effort began after President Donald J. Trump issued an executive order in January to assess the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve — the national stock of digital assets — and propose regulatory reforms and strategic actions.

The report may suggest tax-neutral mechanisms for the U.S. government to purchase more Bitcoin, propose security standards, and evaluate other cryptocurrencies for state acquisition. Crypto reforms in the banking sector are also reportedly under discussion.

Notably, all these developments follow the release of the White House’s AI Action Plan, marking a significant moment in digital policy.
